1. Who we are

These terms govern your use of driftwoodglen.com ("Driftwood Glen", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of driftwoodglen.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Eligibility

Driftwood Glen is intended only for users aged 19 or older. By using it you confirm you are 19 or older.

3. Virtual coins

• Games use virtual coins supplied free of charge.
• Coins have no monetary value and are not money, credit or property.
• Coins cannot be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes. There are no in-app purchases.
• No prize of real-world value is offered.
• We may adjust or reset coins, levels and features at any time.

4. No real-money gambling

Driftwood Glen does not offer or promote real-money gambling, and does not link to gambling operators.

5. Your account

• You need a free account to play. One account per person; do not share it.
• Keep your password to yourself. Tell us at once if someone else has used your account.
• If you sign in with Google, keeping that Google account secure is your responsibility, and you confirm the 19+ requirement here in the same way.
• You can delete your account at any moment from your account page. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
• We may suspend an account that is used to disrupt the site or that we believe belongs to someone under 19.
• Coins, levels and missions belong to the account, not to you as property, and may be reset.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, use automated tools against it, offer to trade coins, or let anyone under 19 use it.

7. Availability and liability

The site is provided "as is". We may change or withdraw any part of it. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory rights are unaffected.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
